Hi all,
I just wanted to created a quick post explaining exactly how my new end of month reading wrap up posts will be done.
I started the new format in March, but I've made some tweaks and changed up the categories a little. So, I wanted to post this, just so it's super clear which books will fall into which category.
This category will cover all paperbacks and hardbacks that I own, so pretty much self explanitory.
Any review copies I receive, both digital and physical will be covered under this category. The reason I chose to highlight NetGalley, is because this is where the large majority of my review books currently come from.
This catergory will cover all of the books I borrow from my local library. This will include digital and audio content I borrow from the BorrowBox library app.
I will always try to remember to write which format I had.
I use a variety of sources for my ebooks. Kindle being the most common one I use, simply because I have a Kindle. However, this category will also cover places like Scribd, Book Mate, Play Books, Kobo and other ebook apps that I use.
Again, I use a few different places for audiobooks, with Audible being the source I tend to use the most. But, this category will cover all AudioBooks, which aren't from the library app.
And that's it. I feel like those categories give me a well rounded look at all of the ways in which I consume books, and I'm looking forward to looking back on these wrap ups and seeing which type of content I use more often.
In each category, I will always try to let you know what format/source the book came from.
